Bedfont turned up at Woking Wildcats knowing that today’s game was going to be testing…
Bedfont had some players not available due to injury or holidays but we still had a strong team to put a gritty performance against a well organised Woking side.
The game started with sports on the front foot and it wasn’t long before we we’re having shoots at the Woking goal… some good saves and some off target shooting see the game 0-0 with 20 mins gone…
Bedfont’s first goal came from a Joe Cooper corner which see Alex power home the header 1-0 Bedfont.
Woking kept the score at 1-0 for nearly 70 mins by there keeper pulling off a couple of good saves, one goal line clearance but it was a free kick from Callahan which had the keeper parry the ball into an on coming Alex who Cooley slotted the ball home…. 2-0 Bedfont and another 3 points…
