Bedfont battled for 3 points

Bedfont hosted Goldsworth Park who we only played 2 weeks ago which ended in a nail bighting 3-3 draw so we knew we would be in for a tough match.
The game lived up to what was expected with both teams testing each other with some nice football. 0-0 half time.

There was never going to be loads of goals in this game and it would need someone to spark something... Bedfont statrted the second half with a high tempo which paid off with callahan nipping infront of the Goldsworth Park defender to take the ball and start barring down on there goal which resulted in Callahan being fouled in the box so penalty was awarded... 1-0 Bedfont.

Goldworth Park then started to press and test the Bedfont team with some neat football which resulted in a free kick coming off the Bedfont
cross bar for there player to head the ball home 1-1 with about 8 mins left...

The game looked like it was heading to another draw when Callahan spun and turned the defender to curl the ball around the goalkeeper, in off the post seeing the ball spin into the net 2-1 Bedfont.
