Bedfont Eagles under 14's win again 5-3 against Met police Reds.

Bedfont Eagles under 14's win again 5-3 against Met police Reds.
Bedfont started the game well by passing the ball about and creating chances with Josh Homans and Ryen Lounici, going close for us, but their keeper made some good saves to keep it 0-0. But then Met Police created a chance, they broke on the counter-attack and scored to make it 0-1 to Met Police. Nothing changed with Bedfont, they kept creating but not scoring with their chances. The breakthrough came in the end with Dylan putting a great through ball for Josh Homans to run on to, to make it a one on one with the keeper, Josh this time put it in the back of the net to make it 1-1. Bedfont then kept pressing and with that all the hard work they had put in the first 25 mins they took the lead, when Ryan lounici put one in the back of the net to make it 2-1. Somehow it stayed like that until half time. To be honest Bedfont had so many chances in the first half it could of been 5 or 6 by half time. So for the second half, Bedfont started the second half very slowly and Met Police took advantage of this and made a fight of the second half, with that Met police scoring first in the second half to make it 2-2. The Met Police started to put the pressure on Bedfont, and they scored again to make the score at 2-3. Bedfont had lost their way, but something changed for us, we started fighting and winning the ball again. The ball came loose to Ryan Fisher and he hit it first time over their defence and Ryen Lounici made a great run on to it to put into their goal to make it 3-3, which lifted the Bedfont boys. Bedfont created chances, but so did Met Police, they were a different team in the second half. However, we broke down the left with Josh Homans pace and he put a through ball for Ryen Lounici to hit it first time into their goal to make it 4-3. Both teams were tiring in the second half with all the hard work they had put in, when suddenly, the deciding goal come for us with Ryen Lounici on the edge of the box, he hit a cracking volley which looked like it was going in, only for their keeper to make another great save, unlucky for him however, but lucky for us Ryan Bishton was there to put it in to an empty goal to make it 5-3 and that's how the game finished.
So big well done to all the boys in their 4th win in a row. Also Well done to Scott and Dave for getting the boys playing as a team and for all their hard work.
Well done.
