Eagles 8 Kingstonians Youth 1

Bedfont Knew they would have to win, to keep their promotion hopes alive. The team was re-shuffled, due to illness and holidays, but Fabio returned from his sabbatical. It started very cagey and took 11 minutes for Eagles to take the lead, Cain adding to his total. Samurai was on hand to add the 2nd and soon after Cain added the 3rd. Throughout this period Kingstonians were trying to play neat football, but were undone by individual errors. Zola pounced on one of these to add the 4th. Half-time soon followed.
Fabio & Jay were on the field by now and the flow continued in Bedfonts favour. Zola scored a quick fire brace and this completed his hat-trick. Cain & Samurai came back on and Cain completed his hat-trick, to add Bedfont 7th. The goal of the game came next a great strike from the Kingstonian player who hit the top corner from 25 yards. There was still time for Eagles to add their 8th, courtesy of Jays head.
