Today we entertain our local rivals CB Hounslow, many familiar faces and plenty of school friends for each side. Who would have the bragging rights come Monday morming??
Eagles started the quickest and found their rhythm the earliest, but as per recent weeks, hardly looked threatening in the final third. As the half went on Jordan had to come off with another nose bleed, not sure what caused it, maybe him getting into the oppositions half. (only joking Jordan). So changes were happening all over the pitch, reshuffling and also straight swaps. The last 10 mins. CB came more into the game and were starting to look a threat. But it remained 0-0 to half time.

The half time talk reminder the team of the need to close down the space in the middle of the park, but this was not adhered to and this helped CB take the lead. Troy had to come off injured, so another reshuffle on the left handside. Many tackles were missed leading to a break down CB's right and with their player bearing down on goal, he unselfishly roled the ball to the unmarked player to tap into the empty net. 1 could of easily been 2, but Daniel saved a one on one with their striker. So with time ticking away Bedfont decided to throw caution to the wind a go for broke. From a sweetly crossed corner from Samurai, Fabio had the simpliest nod in. 1-1, still with minutes to go another good through ball let Zola in, but his shot rebounded off the bar. Honours even and we look forward to training and next weeks game.
