Friendly against Claygate

As this was a friendly we decided to play the full length of the pitch and play 6 aside. We started well and knocked the ball about getting 2 goals in the1st period both scored by Bradley Slade who cut inside his man and fired into the net twice. 2-0 Bedfont and we let Claygate put an extra player on to even it up a bit.

The 2nd period and the boys are again knocking it about well. Playing from Archie who's distribution was excellent all game and cutting through Claygate at will. 2 more goals in the 2nd period 1 from Bradley Slade who completed his hatrick with a drilled finish and 1 from Joe Cooper who was unmarked at the back post and coolly slotted home.

4-0 Bedfont at the start of the 3rd period and Richard Reed does well to beat his man.. Run with the ball and put it into the back of the net. Claygate then go through 1 on 1 but Archie Homans is quick off his line and manages to smother the shot. Richard Reed then goes clear again and scores his 2nd goal with a well taken finish.

6-0 Bedfont going into the 4th period and we score 1 more goal. Which is goal of the game as Charlie Borg throws the ball down the line and Joe Cooper lets the ball run across his body before firing across the keeper and into the far corner of the net.
