8 of the best!

We started the 1st of 4 periods on the front foot and was passing the ball really well.
Old Isleworthians are just outside our box. Bradley Slade makes a strong challenge. stealing the ball then runs the length of the pitch and goes around there keeper making it 1-0. Bedfont on the attack again and Charlie Borg goes close but a good save by their goalie. The boys are passing the ball really well today and using Archie Homans as an outlet to start our attacks. Bradley receives the ball out on the left he skips past his man and crosses straight into the Isleworthians net. 2-0 to Bedfont but short lived as an Old Isleworthians player went through a couple of challenges and shot past Archie. 2-1 but from centre Bradley Slade makes a driving run past 3 old Isleworthians players and coolly slots into the corner of the net. 3-1 to Bedfont at the end of the 1st period.

The start of the 2nd period and Richard Reed and Natan Zolnierek adding some more bite to the team. Old Isleworthians clear our corner out as far as Billy Nixon who takes 1 touch and smashes it goal ward but there keeper makes a great save and pushes it onto the cross bar. The ball rebounds to Natan Zolnierek who makes no mistake and slams it in off the post. 4-1 Bedfont and in complete control. A goal kick from Archie to Bradley who skips past his man and plays a great ball through to Billy Nixon who sprints through and slams it into the bottom corner. 5-1 to Bedfont.

The 3rd period and with Joe Cooper and Charlie Borg back on. Bedfont are back on the attack. More good passing from the boys ends with Bradley Slade skipping past his man and firing low into the net. Old Isleworthians get a free kick outside our box and Rory steps up and fires it into the top corner. Great goal!! . But again we are straight back on the attack and after Bradley gets the ball back from his 1st cross he finds an unmarked Joe Cooper who calmly slots home. 7-2 and playing really well.

The 4th and final period and more good football from the boys. Passing the ball around really well and not scared to use Archie our goalie/sweeper. We get a free kick in the old Isleworthians half and Bradley steps up and smashes it home. 8-2 to Bedfont and in complete control from the 1st to last minute. Quite probably the best I've seen the boys play as they mixed physicality with some wonderful football. Well done boys I'm really proud of you all you're coming on leaps and bounds.
