Eagles Put Behind Bars by the Met Police

It was a cold morning and the first game back after the Christmas break. It took a while for the boys to get going and the first goal came from an unfortunate own goal that George couldn't do anything about. The opposition also managed to get another one past us in this half.

The boys struggled today at first and only came to life in the second half of the match. They started to battle and win the ball, leading to a cracking goal by Archie assisted by Charlie.

This match was a good warm up match for out cup game against Kingston Town Rovers next week in the cup. With training set to start on Friday again I am sure the boys will improve week after week.
