Eagles on the Run

It started out well for the boys today with them showing some excellent passing and defensive work.

George G had some great saves, also George W did a few good runs and was passing the ball well.

But after about 10 mins, they caved in and Whitton scored their first goal.

In the first half Matt had a shot on goal as well as Kai, but the boys could just not get it together today and we went in at half time 4-0 down.

They came back out straight into a defensive start and only after about 5 mins Whitton scored again. I think the boys lost confidence and fell apart after this goal as Whitton managed to get another 5 goals past us in the second half.

The boys were out of sorts today and I am sure there will be a long hard training session on Wednesday.
