Eagles Swoop Past the Lions

After the past two matches the boys wanted to come back strong today, and they did. The first half of the match was a pleasure to watch and some great team work. The team work paid off by rewarding them with three goals, including a penalty scored by our goalkeeper.

The boys are beginning to talk to each other and tell each other where they want them to be and where to play the ball.

The second half though Sheen Lions came back out meaning business and broke us down and scored within the first couple of minutes.
But the boys played on and Sheen were rewarded with a penalty that our goalkeeper saved. Sheen did go on to score another two goals but we were always there with another goal of our own.

It turned out to be a real battle that Bedfont won and the difference was this week the boys played as a team and communicated with each other.
