A Battle For the Eagles

The first 5 minutes of the match started so well today, We scored within the first 5 minutes but Sandgate came back and managed to get 3 past us in the first half, although the score did not in any way reflect the way that the boys played. After a change of referee and several incorrect decisions we were 3-1 down at half time.

Fair play to the boy's this week their heads did not go down and the second half they battled and they battled hard against a team that seemed to get everything their own way.

We pulled another goal back in the second half and tried so hard for the third. Well done boys for playing the game and not giving up!!!
