A Hard Earned Win for Eagle Sports
We were back at home today v Wandgas Youth on cold but sunny day.
The game today started slowly from the boys0n both teams seemed evenly matched. Both sides having plenty of chances to score but the score at half time was 0-0.
The boys came back out for the second half and again started slowly but then gave away a penalty which Wandgas scored.
This seemed to fire the boys on and instead of heads going down we saw glimpses of how we had been playing in past matches. It was not long before we were all level and looking for the win. It took a while but then the goal came we had been fighting for and managed to hold on for the win.
Well done boys, two very alike teams buts you did what you needed to secure the win.
