Big Away win

Sports gave themselves clear daylight between them and the relegation pack after a hard fought 1-0 win away to Badshot Lea. Johnson was given another selection headache when Matt Baxter pulled up in the warm up, and he is already without Jamie Read which left Leuis Sinclair as the only other forward. This was then made worse after 15 minutes when Billy Jefferies came off after the kit cut his blood circulation and forced him off.

The game lacked any real quality from either side in front of goal, Young Price in the sports goal (replacing Josh who was away) didn't really have much to do. The 2nd half was much better and Badshot gave themselves the chance to take the lead when they were awarded a Penalty which was well saved by sports young keeper. On 61 Minutes sports took the lead after Myles cut inside and made it 1-0 sports. It stayed this way and sports earned another well earned 3 points.
