Mngadi Magic secures sports 3 more points

Johno had to again shuffle his pack with Matt Baxter unavailable, but he did have Jamie 'the King' Read to come in and welcomed back Jack Hurst and Ceiron Brown after both missing our midweek victory over Cove. Johnson also gave youth team skipper James Greenwood a start for the suspended Tim Pitt.

Sports started brightly in difficult conditions and after early exchanges Julius Mngadi came to life, starting with putting sports 1-0 up on 34 minutes, a lead sports took into half time.

The 2nd half Mngadi set up recent signing Leius Sinclair to score his 2nd goal in as many games to put sports 2-0 up. Then enter the King after being rested midweek Jamie Read made it 3-0 sports shortly after our 2nd. Fanham then pulled one back from a corner until the King had his say with his 2nd and then completed his hat-trick after an excellent free flowing move found him unmarked to volley sports into a 5-1 lead. Farnham were awarded a Penalty in time added on which was dispatched to complete the scoring and saw sports run out 5-2 winners.

What a difference a week makes, sports have been in excellent form in the last 7 days, scoring 14 goals and conceding 4 but more importantly getting 9 points and pushing us up to 13th in the league. Jamie Reads Hat-trick was his 45th Goal for sports in 70 appearances which is still some way off Alan Barlow's 99 goals in 139 appearances for sports but the King is hunting him down !
