Rangers were away to Molesey Juniors today and played on a really heavy pitch which didn't suit Rangers style of play. Consequently the first half was spent getting used to the difficult conditions and sliding about making it difficult to play football.
However a goal less and uneventful first half was followed by a good performance from the whole team.
Morgan started off the goals with a great shot the Molesey keeper had no chance of saving. This was followed by goal number two from Aidan who following on from last week had an excellent second half. Then Morgan was on the receiving end of a lovely cross from Will, headed it decisively beyond the goalie increasing his goal tally he started last week.
Charlie kept his first clean sheet of the season and credit must also go to the hard work of the defenders who made it very difficult for Molesey to get through.
The midfielders kept their shape in the second half helping to control the game, playing simple football ensuring that Rangers dominated the game.
Generally a pleasing performance and once again great team spirit. Keep it up Rangers.
