Chase Side Youth U16's 0 Bedfont Eagles U16's 5.

An early start for everyone as we were away to Chase Side Youth in the 2nd round off the Middx. County Cup. Not too far to travel to, but always difficult to find. Dave used all of his years of knowledge to get into the boys heads, after our previous fixture. This got the boys chomping at the bit & we started like a house on fire. This being the case we still couldn't find the net. Great approach play, but either the final pass or shot was wayward. Billy did open the scoring with a trademark 20 odd yarder. This settled the boys even more and the play from the back 5, to the midfield was a pleasure to watch. The 2nd goal came from their defender, who latched onto Zac's clearance & headed pass his own goalkeeper. Bedfont continued to press for more goals & the 3rd came from Kyle, who finished smartly from a tight angle. After this we lost our way a bit & let the oppo back into the game.

Half time. The boys were reminded that this was a team game & we should continue to pass & move. 2 more goals came from Hamzah & Jack. But more could & should of been added. The defence looked strong & reduced the oppo to long shots, that never looked like hurting us. Enjoy this win & lets continue this into our next game, League cup at home to Woking Cougars.
