Anyone Fancy A Brew?

Bedfont visited local team Hanworth Sports for a five star game of football.

Hanworth started well and shortly after kick off missed the Bedfont goal by inches. Playing really well both team showed that they both were in this to win it.
Then one minute into play George ‘Boris’ Morris took on the Hanworth keeper to score his first goal of the match. Moving on eight minutes and Hanworth repaid the compliment by finding the back of the Bedfont goal.

Then with a short lasp of concentration Hanworth went on to take the lead when the Bedfont keeper just couldn’t get to the ball.
But hang on a minute with a free kick awarded to Bedfont just on the half way line; it was Jake Brewer that stood up to the plate. The whistle blew and the most amazing goal was scored by Jake who found the back of the Hanworth net.

Both teams were playing well and George Morris went and scored his second goal of the match. Taking the half time score to 3-2 to Bedfont.

The second half started well and we watched some good quality football from both teams. Then eight minutes into the second half George Morris scored his hatrick taking Bedfont into a well desired lead.
Bedfont then won a penalty after a tackle on Charlie Pike for which Lewis Flatman took the spot. With pressure to much to take unlucky Flatman shot the ball over the Hanworth goal.

It was then onto Mason Chisholm to take a five star win for Bedfont after finding the Hanworth net.

The final whistle blew giving Bedfont a 5-2 victory.

Well done to all the boys today, a great effort by all.

Parents Man of Match went to Jake Brewer for yet another solid performance.
