Bedfont started really well with the first goal coming in the first minute when new signing Matt Luiting scored a superb goal. It was a good start for both teams and we saw some good quality football being played.
Then Ascot found some rhythm and scored the equaliser, five minutes later they scored another taking the half time score to 2-1.
The weather was really not on our side as it was very HOT. Bedfont where not going to give up that easy and six minutes into the second half came the equalizer, a rocket of a free kick from Samuel Williams.
With the heat rising and the sun shining it was not a good day for football and Bedfont starting to fall apart. Ascot took advantage of this and took a 3-2 lead 27 minutes into the second half. It was then all over when Bedfont scored an unfortunate own goal taking the final score to 4-2.
