Bedfont Sports Club’s Under-18s have built a strong reputation as a serious development pathway, earning respect locally for consistently trusting young players and preparing them properly for the step into senior football. The programme has played a key role in recent promotion-winning seasons across the club, with Under-18s players regularly contributing upward and embedding a culture where youth progression is planned, not rushed.
Training takes place every Thursday from 5:30–7:00pm and is delivered by a committed coaching team led by Jay Readerking (UEFA B), supported by Peter Bonner (Bedfont Eagles U15s) and Lee Taylor (Bedfont Eagles U14s). Together, the staff bring over 40 years of combined experience across professional and youth football environments.
Competing in the Isthmian Youth League Central Division, the Under-18s programme reflects Bedfont’s belief that youth development must be run with the same standards, accountability, and ambition as the senior game.
