The pitch wont look pretty this morning and im sure the groundsman will be pulling his hair out.

It all started badly and within 5 minutes sports were 1-0 down. it was soon 2-0 after a long ball saw alex rush out only for it to deflect off there forward and somehow make it into the net, much to the suprize of everyone !!

2-0 and sports started to play a bit better, on 29 mins Jamie Reed opened his Sports account, im sure if we can keep hold of the front man im sure that win is just around the corner. His workrate and effort was second to none.After an excellent spell Hartney made it 3-1 against the run of play, Alex wines who has been excellent all season had one of those nights punching the ball into his own net from a corner.

The scond half saw Robbie sitch come on for jordan vidal, again sitch had an impressive debut, working hard in the mud and trying to drive sports forward. Sports really had a go after half time when the ref gave his second soft penalty, the Hartney forward went down, no one appealed, the conditions in the box made it hard to stand but the ref saw a penalty, 4-1.

Sports to there credit never gave up and Nick hardy made it 4-2 with a low drive. Mario then found reed on the goalline when his shot saw sailing in, then Reed rounded the keeper and blazed over from 6 yards, then his looping shot took a deflection and went striaght into the keepers arms, Sports knew it was not going to be there night when mario and Reed linked up and Reeds shot smashed the underside of the bar. With 10 minutes to go Hartney broke and scored a 5th which was harsh on sports.

Next up Mole Valley, the last team we beat way back on 13th August, lets take all of the positives into the game and hope we can get this first win.
