Scott Weight has been with me for two of the past three seasons, contributing both on the pitch and within the coaching team. His knowledge of the game is second to none, and after such an illustrious playing career, I am very much looking forward to him helping to guide and support the next generation of players.

Nick Hardy has been a close friend for many years and proved to be an excellent addition to the coaching staff last season following our promotion. Having him back for the upcoming campaign will be instrumental as we continue to push the club forward.

Michael Kinsella is a name well known to many supporters, having spent several years at the club before embarking on his coaching and management career. It was important to bring in someone who understands both this level of the game and what the club represents, and he fits that profile perfectly.

Luke Russell - ever-present he is far more than a goalkeeping coach. While he is outstanding in that role, he is also the most dependable individual I have worked with. He is always willing to go above and beyond, doing whatever is required to support both the team and the club.

Our final new addition is Callum Backhurst. As we continue to professionalise the club, it was essential to bring in someone who can ensure the players maintain peak fitness levels while also supporting rehabilitation when required.

Finally, I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to Chris Nisbet and Javan Charles, who will be moving on to pursue new opportunities. I wish them both every success in their future endeavours.

Now, looking ahead to the 2026/27 season, there are so many exciting developments at the club, including a new stand and brand-new dugouts. On the pitch, our aim remains clear: to improve year on year, something we have successfully achieved in each of the past three seasons.

We will be announcing retained players soon, along with some new faces. However, no announcements will be made until all registration forms have been finalised.
